Description
This position is located in the Food & Beverage department under the direction of the Beverage Manager. Primarily responsible for stocking/maintaining bars and beverage stations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to all internal and external customers.
- Responsible for maintaining bar/beverage stations PAR levels, to include but not limited to glassware, paper products, and as specified by management.
- Comply with all Oklahoma State Liquor (ABLE Commission) laws and any applicable MNGE laws.
- Responsible for stocking and cleanliness of bars/beverage stations and storage areas.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and completing all side duties.
- Additional duties as assigned.
