Registered Nurse – Diagnostic Imaging

Position Overview

• Exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the high-energy environment of Diagnostic Imaging
• Specializes in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Good communication skills, as well as the ability to critically think, are essential
• Ideal for candidates who are team-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and organized

Shift Details

• 40-hour position (8-hour shifts)
• Days and evenings scheduled
• Occasional weekends required
• No holiday or night shifts

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Medical/Surgical and telemetry experience preferred
• Active New York RN license (New York ONLY)

Required Certifications

• BLS – American Heart Association ONLY
• ACLS – American Heart Association ONLY

Dress Code & Infection Prevention

• Will be required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops
• Additional infection prevention measures required when working in procedural areas

Required Skills
