Highlights:
Partnership Track after 1 year joining private practice or hospital affiliated practice employment option
Immediate volume with a strong, built-in referral network across Southern New Mexico and West Texas.
Flexible practice structure - mix of clinic and procedures tailored to your preferences
Shared call (1:3 or better) supporting excellent work-life balance
Dedicated endoscopy time with experienced support staff and efficient turnover. Clinic is in a shared building with the endoscopy center, plus additional endoscopy suites at Memorial Medical Center.
Collaborative environment with established GI physicians in the community
Hospital support for program growth, including service line development and recruitment.
Procedures and Support:
ERCP preferred but not required
Access to endoscopy suites and hospital resources
Opportunity to expand GI services in the region
