Account Strategist (TikTok Shop)

An established eCommerce growth agency is looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager or Strategist to own client relationships and growth strategies across a portfolio of consumer brands.

This is an opportunity to join an expanding TikTok Shop team and take ownership of the full client strategy - from product selection and shop performance through to creator partnerships, content, promotions and paid media.

You’ll work alongside dedicated creative, community, media and operations specialists, bringing their work together to drive measurable GMV and profitable growth. There’s also an opportunity to mentor other strategists and share best practices across the team.

The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the US .

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of client brands and act as their main strategic contact.
• Develop quarterly TikTok Shop growth plans aligned with revenue, profitability and brand objectives.
• Guide product selection, creator programmes, content, promotions and campaign planning.
• Analyse shop, creator and advertising performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with paid media specialists to align advertising with creator content and organic momentum.
• Work with operations teams on onboarding, shop health, listings and inventory readiness.
• Lead regular client meetings and present clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
• Set priorities across creative, community, media and operations teams, resolving blockers and keeping delivery on track.
• Mentor junior and mid-level strategists and share TikTok Shop developments and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Direct TikTok Shop experience , with ownership of account strategy and commercial performance.
• Client-facing account management or strategy experience, ideally within an agency.
• Strong understanding of creator and affiliate programmes, content, paid media and Shop operations.
• Ability to interpret GMV, conversion and profitability data and turn insights into action.
• Confidence presenting recommendations, managing expectations and addressing challenges with clients.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities.
• Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues.
• Hands-on TikTok Ads, GMV Max or Spark Ads experience is beneficial.
