To learn more about Comply, visit comply.com. The Role Comply is seeking a pro‑active and detail‑orientated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate should be extremely proficient in financial modelling, have a solid foundation in accounting, extensive experience analyzing financial data and communicating results to drive the development and implementation of action plans to improve performance. Responsibilities Perform monthly variance analysis and explain differences between actual and budgeted results Support monthly closing processes in collaboration with the Accounting team Calculate and administer complex variable compensation plans, including commission and bonus accruals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company performance metrics and timely incentive payouts Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and multi‑year planning, providing functional support on revenue, expense and headcount planning to budget owners Drive 3‑statement financial model development, enhancement and maintenance Support internal and external reporting needs on an ongoing and ad hoc basis Work extensively with other members of the Finance team to ensure seamless and consistent data rules across the organization Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting efficiencies Skills & Qualifications BA or BS in Finance, Accounting or related field 3-5 years of quantitative or highly analytical work experience, ideally in FP&A, private equity and/or investment banking Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to build financial models with detailed support Experience with SaaS and/or subscription billing strongly preferred Exposure to ERP systems (Netsuite), EPM applications (Adaptive) and incentive compensation platforms (Salesforce SPIFF) Proven experience calculating complex variable plan structures, including commissions, bonuses, SPIFFS and other incentive programs Outstanding communication, reporting and presentation skills Proactive, self‑sufficient, detail‑orientated and organized Ability to establish rapport and work efficiently and effectively within all levels of the organization $85,000 - $125,000 a year All‑in total compensation for this role is $93,500 and $137,500, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $85,000 - $125,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
