Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of key project milestones within a large-scale technology initiative in the financial services sector. Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an AWS-heavy technical environment to ensure smooth delivery of cloud-based infrastructure solutions. Manage client expectations, and drive quality and timeliness across project deliverables. Serve as a key point of contact for progress updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Work with Consultants and Senior Consultants to keep both interim and final deliverables on track. Maintain project and program lifecycle costs and budgeting. Present effectively to senior leadership and build strong client relationships. Tackle complex technical issues alongside engineering teams. Lead and guide teams of technical professionals towards project goals.

5+ years of progressive IT and direct project/program management experience. Proven ability to plan and track complex projects using tools like Microsoft Project. Sharp attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Solid understanding of project and program lifecycle costs and budgeting. Excellent communication skills with negotiation capabilities. Comfortable working through complex technical issues with engineering teams. Experience leading technical teams. Able to confidently present to and work alongside senior leadership. Background working in AWS or other major cloud environments is a plus. Financial services industry experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
