Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate (RN) (LMFT) (LCSW) (LPCC) (Ph.D.) to join our dynamic mental health and social services team. In this vital role, you will provide clinical supervision, and patient-centered care. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, trauma, and behavioral health issues. Duties

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and clinical interviews to determine their needs.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage emergency situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, educators, and community agencies to support holistic patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and document progress notes, and clinical outcomes diligently.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinician in the referenced categories.
• Proven experience including motivational interviewing, and behavioral health interventions.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, psychiatric patient care standards, and clinical documentation requirements aligned with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience working with adults in community settings.
• Proficiency in documentation and data collection.
• Ability to perform comprehensive participant assessments, crisis management, provide clinical supervision, and evidence-based practice implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; experience in social work settings is advantageous.
