Role Description The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining payroll records, calculating wages and deductions, managing garnishments, and coordinating with HR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves administering payroll taxes and employee benefits, responding to employee inquiries, and preparing routine and ad hoc payroll reports. This is a remote role, requiring consistent communication through digital tools and adherence to deadlines and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Payroll Administration, including end-to-end processing and record maintenance.
- Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, with the ability to apply relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits related to payroll, such as deductions and contributions.
- Accounting skills to support reconciliations, journal entries, and financial accuracy in payroll data.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in a corporate or multi-state payroll environment is beneficial.
- Relevant education or certification in payroll, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
