We are looking for someone who will take ownership of our social media and marketing presence, grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and help tell the SERVPRO Team Toft story across multiple locations.What You'll DoManage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platformsCreate, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media contentDevelop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishmentsMaintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platformsSupport marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activitiesAttend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and contentCoordinate marketing materials and promotional effortsMonitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvementTrack social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagementWork closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goalsStay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practicesManage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detailWhat We're Looking ForExcellent written communication and grammar skillsExtremely strong attention to detailHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-motivated with the drive to take ownership and make the position growStrong understanding of social media platforms and content strategiesComfortable creating and editing photos and videos for social mediaAble to work independently while also collaborating with a teamStrong time-management and organizational skillsProfessional and confident when interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and community membersWillingness to attend occasional events and activities outside of the normal office environmentAbility to manage marketing needs across multiple locationsCreative mindset with the ability to turn everyday company activities into engaging contentExperience2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field preferredExperience managing business social media accounts preferredExperience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plusThe Right Person We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to post every day.
