In this role, you'll spearhead our outreach initiatives, forging strong connections with referral sources and the community to amplify our impact. Essential Job Functions Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers to generate patient referrals. Assist in monitoring organizational market image and helps direct/supports communications efforts aimed at all key audiences, both internal and external. Educate stakeholders and community about our specialty services through presentations, meetings, and events. Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding processes. Identifying and developing new lines of business depending on consumer behavior. Support business development efforts including the determination of new business opportunities, new program development, and relations with key audiences that might impact the utilization of EPTR services in Maryland. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic planning. An anticipation that the work will periodically (but regularly) occur outside of normal “9 to 5” business hours. An anticipation that the work will require local travel within the EPTR service area regularly. Develop client relationships and strengthen partnerships with EPTR. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (Required) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, communications, health care administration, or a related field. (Required) Minimum of 1 year of experience in organizational communications, public relations, marketing, or business development with experience in a health care provider setting.
