Customer Service Associate II

Role Overview Join our team as a Customer Service Associate II at Dollar Tree Stores. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, eager to get things done, and committed to providing a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations, including merchandizing and customer support. Cross‑train on cash register duties and front‑end tasks as needed. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely. Support store cleanliness and stock levels. Maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional customer interactions. Manage sales transactions and protect company cash and assets. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience in retail or related environment preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents. Lift between 30 and 50 lbs. regularly (with accommodations as needed). Excellent customer service, relationship, organizational and communication skills.
