Residential Sales Consultant
$90k - $145kErie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to drive in-home sales. In this role, you'll run company-provided leads, perform home assessments, deliver professional presentations, and recommend energy-efficient roofing and remodeling solutions. You'll guide homeowners through financing and contracts, manage your pipeline in a CRM, and consistently close business. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess roofing and remodeling needs
- Deliver professional, solution-focused sales presentations using company tools and materials
- Qualify leads, develop proposals, and clearly explain product options, pricing, and financing
- Close sales and guide customers through contracts and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Attend sales meetings, training, and ride-alongs to continuously improve performance
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in an assigned territory
