Product Owner/Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC - Phoenix, AZ - Plano, TX - Minneapolis, MN – Summit, NJ / Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Duration: 3+ months - potential to extend up to 24 months and/or convert FTE
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of nCino Experience – MUST HAVE THIS AND BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO IT
- Commercial Banking/Lending or Heavy Banking Experience
- Business Analysis, Product Owner, or Consultant type experience.
Top Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Blended experience
- Large Banking Industry Experience
- nCino experience
- Commercial Loan Origination Experience or Commercial Banking Experience (Preferred)
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders/running demos
Project Overview:
This team is specifically focused on nCino in Commercial Bank. They take in all the intake requests, prioritizes the features in conjunction with the developers.
This person will be working on a commercial origination project – collateral
Description: Looking for an experienced (~7+ yrs) person with business analysis or product owner experience. This role will help support the Product manager for Collateral Management on the Commercial nCino platform. Must have nCino experience OR business line experience specific to commercial loan origination.
This person needs to be able to run demos, translate business requirements to the dev team, facilitate QA and technical requirements.
- Working under sr project mgr under collateral team
- Will be defining features stories - prioritizing epics, refining requirements, work alongside BA's for refinement sessions, work with BA's for sign off, training documents, QA, etc.
A big part of the role is team cohesion between the Product owner and Product manager. That's 70% of it.
Strong communication skills! Don't wait for something. Need to be proactive.
Definition stages, refinements. Wants someone more interactive. And proactive.
They will conduct product demos.
- Part of their release process
- Product owner gets demos from tech team and signs off on it.
- Then they demo that to the business units. Take it and translate to business units to make sure they're signing off on it.
- They can actually speak to the value of this tool. This is how you use this tool in your daily life.
