The Opportunity

Facility Innovations Group Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Electrical Qualifier for a new commercial project in the Atlantic City area. This is a dual-role position combining hands-on construction leadership with responsibility for serving as Facility Innovations Group's Electrical Qualifier for its New Jersey electrical contracting operations. The ideal candidate has strong commercial electrical experience, has successfully passed the New Jersey state electrical exam, and can lead crews and projects in the field.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Oversee day-to-day commercial construction and electrical operations in the field.
• Supervise and coordinate commercial electrical crews, subcontractors, and project activities.
• Serve as the company's Electrical Qualifier for New Jersey operations.
• Ensure electrical work complies with applicable state requirements, codes, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and field productivity.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Resolve field issues and keep projects progressing according to schedule.
• Communicate project progress and needs with internal leadership and project stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure jobsite compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Active commercial electrician's license with successful completion of the New Jersey state electrical exam.
• Willing and able to serve as Facility Innovations Group's Electrical Qualifier in New Jersey.
• Experience supervising commercial electrical crews and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and field operations.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple construction activities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Local to Atlantic City / Atlantic County, NJ.
• Ability to start ASAP.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience
