In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage diverse client portfolios, lead tax strategy initiatives, and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring quality service and timely deliverables while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare and review complex multi-state tax returns including corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and individual income taxes. Develop strategies for high-net-worth individuals, focusing on estates, gifting, and IRA strategies.
• Conduct thorough tax research, provide training on tax topics, and manage tax notices and examinations with government entities.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants, evaluate team performance, and deliver educational content through webinars and client communications.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $110,000–$140,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in public accounting with a diverse tax background and experience leading multiple engagements.
• CPA designation preferred or required.
• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and QuickBooks.
• Strong taxation knowledge, exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, effective organizational and time management skills, and proven leadership abilities.
