Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing supporting team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate machines, follow instructions and complete maintenance activities per instructions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Sparks, Maryland & Hunt Valley Maryland

Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $18.55hr based on shift Shift available: 1st shift (6:00am-4:00pm) 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10:00pm- 6:30am)

What's the Job?

• Independently run multiple lines including setting up and managing changeovers
• Controls and adjusts machine settings.
• Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective products, packaging, and component material.
• Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance.
• Must follow all BD housekeeping, safety policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of solid and consistent manufacturing experience
• Must be able to work overtime
• HS Diploma/GED
• Strong attention to details
