Machine Operator
Be part of the team that keeps quality moving. As a Machine Operator you'll run and monitor grading equipment, spot issues before they slow production, and help ensure every product meets high quality and safety standards!
This company is a family-owned egg producer and wholesaler founded in 1930, headquartered in Lititz, Pennsylvania, supplying grocery retailers nationwide with eggs sourced from a network of family farms. Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)
- Set Up Packing Lanes with Assigned Carton or Flats, adjust as needed.
- Enter Info into Computer.
- Follow Production Schedule to Ensure all orders are completed on time.
- Monitor Scale Settings and Machine
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to focus and regain control during stressful situations
- Must be able to stand for the length of the shift.
- Should be able to occasionally lift 30-40 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
