IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technological needs and resources of the company They will work closely with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and experience managing a team They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks This position offers a competitive salary accommodation and opportunities for growth within the company Responsibilities Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements Oversee the implementation of new software or hardware systems Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support as needed Ensure data security measures are in place and regularly updated Collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions Monitor technology budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Masters degree preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Extensive knowledge of current technology trends and best practices Experience managing budgets negotiating with vendors and implementing cost-effective solutions Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities as needed Preferred Previous experience working in the IT department of a similar-sized company Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices Experience working in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English Familiarity with project management tools Location Akron Egypt Salary $1400month + accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr ClericaPoint
