Strategic HR Business Partner — Employee Relations & Talent

Smurfit Westrock, a leader in sustainable packaging, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support multiple California facilities (Cerritos, Ontario, Corona). You will handle employee relations, performance management, talent development and HR metrics as a strategic partner to the business. You will champion safety programs, collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, and drive adherence to EEO, FMLA, ADA and wage laws while coaching managers on policy interpretation.
