Part-Time Spa Coordinator

Job Overview Hyatt is hiring a Spa Coordinator at Thompson Houston + The Residences at the Allen, a luxury hotel opening in Fall 2023 located in Buffalo Bayou Park. The role supports the hotel’s spa by scheduling treatments, managing guest registration, accepting payments, and recommending products and services to enhance the spa experience. Responsibilities Schedule spa treatments and manage guest registration. Process payments, including room charges, credit cards, and cash. Handle spa reservations for packages and individual treatments. Recommend spa products and treatments to guests. Promote wellness and serve as the final point of contact for spa guests. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Previous administrative experience preferred. Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
