Job ID: 744000134863711 Role Overview The Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture across one restaurant zone. Key Responsibilities Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift. Enforce policies and standards. Manage assigned zone according to operations and safety standards. Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action. Direct crew members during a shift. Provide exemplary customer service. Support reward and recognition program for crew members. Authorize employee functions that require manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions). Maintain cleanliness and ensure facilities are in good working order. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple shifting priorities. Self‑driven, flexible, energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively. Recognizes problems, sets goals, executes plans to solve problems. Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed for work‑related functions and training. Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs. 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
