What You’ll Do Collaborate with LPC attorneys on all phases of civil litigation Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions Assist with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, including second- or third‑chair courtroom experience Develop strong legal writing and analytical skills with hands‑on mentorship and feedback What We’re Looking For Education: J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school License: Active Washington State Bar admission (required) Experience: 1–4 years of civil litigation experience Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; solid legal writing skills preferred Mindset: Curious, adaptable, detail‑oriented, solution‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced litigation environment What You’ll Gain Compensation: Competitive base salary ($80,000–$110,000), plus performance‑based bonuses Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Account, Flexible PTO policy Growth: Direct mentorship, early responsibility, meaningful case ownership, and a defined partner‑track pathway Remote Work Environment: This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside in Washington State We look forward to connecting with attorneys who are motivated, thoughtful, and ready to grow with LPC.
