What does the role look like: Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties Request property damage estimate and photos Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers Obtain medical payment ledgers Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters Follow up, follow up, follow up Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc etc
