Fleet Operations Manager

Ruan Transportation Management Systems in Tipp City, OH is seeking a full-time onsite Night Shift Supervisor to coordinate a fleet of drivers from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You will coach drivers on safety and productivity, plan daily routes, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain strong communication with customers to maximize efficiency and service.
