The Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Ensure EMR charting and documentation are completed accurately, and patient records are up-to-date.
• Oversee the supervision of medical assistants, nursing staff, and other office staff in the context of clinical practice.
• Make diagnoses and decisions about the management and treatment of patients.
• Prescribe therapy or medication for the treatment of patient conditions.
• Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interpret their results.
• Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and infection management.

Qualifications

• Required Doctorate MD/DO

• Physician License (DR) - State Licensing Board

• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - .

• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
