Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Prior experience working in schools strongly preferred
• Proficiency in delivering direct and consultative OT services
• Strong skills in adapting activities, developing IEP/504 goals, and monitoring progress
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Experience in data collection and maintaining accurate records
• Flexibility and commitment to supporting a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ OT needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Engage students in therapeutic activities to enhance functional and academic participation
• Train and consult with teachers and staff on strategies to support student success
• Document progress, participate in meetings, and report outcomes as required
