Shipping & Receiving Administrator
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials and products.
Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving paperwork.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Enter and maintain shipment, inventory, and tracking information in ERP/WMS systems.
Schedule freight pickups and deliveries and communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies, damages, shortages, and delays.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Process invoices and shipping documentation while ensuring data accuracy.
Maintain organized shipping and receiving records and documentation.
Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with shipping and receiving policies.
Assist warehouse personnel with coordinating material flow and prioritizing urgent shipments.
Provide administrative support to warehouse, purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
