Description Front Desk Supervisor - 3pm - 11pm Evening Shift Join the welcoming team at Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, a premier 199-room hotel located in the heart of downtown Worcester, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and professional PM Front Desk Supervisor to oversee our front desk operations during the evening shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities during the evening shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing exceptional customer service Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately Support and mentor front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness Enforce security procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff Assist in training new team members and conducting shift handovers Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office applications Flexibility to work 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shifts, including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude At Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, we foster a culture of hospitality, growth, and teamwork.
