As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Benefits Competitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve this office 20% quarterly cash profit share Initial corporate training & ongoing corporate support while you develop professionally Paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance on top of a competitive starting salary & profit sharing On the ground, utilize a company‑provided car, paid gas, and cell phone stipend Unlimited PTO with approval from corporate Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.) Staffing and Scheduling: hire, onboard new team members, and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction Financial Management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements Cultivate culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory; set standards through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of team morale Qualifications and Skills Proven leader with previous experience managing a team Success with meeting sales and business development goals Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Desired Attributes Wants to leave behind the typical structured, 8‑5 desk job Willing to bet on themselves and be financially rewarded for it Enjoys problem‐solving within a fast‑paced environment Wants an autonomous position with support as needed Has grit, resilience, and loves a challenge #J-18808-Ljbffr
