IT Support Specialist / Desktop Support

Salary: $62,400 - 66,560 per year Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, help desk, or end user services
• Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows in a corporate network environment
• Hands-on experience with identity and access platforms such as Okta and Active Directory, plus mobile device management tools like Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jira/Confluence
• Strong analytical ability with a structured approach to diagnosing hardware, application, and basic network issues

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating systems across global offices and remote environments
• Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including laptop provisioning, endpoint setup, and identity and access lifecycle administration
• Maintain IT ticket queues in service management platforms, resolving incidents and service requests while meeting strict SLA targets
• Troubleshoot productivity applications and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Zoom Rooms
• Partner with infrastructure and information security teams to roll out system updates, security patches, and endpoint compliance controls
• Track hardware assets, accessories, and licenses, and coordinate repairs, warranty replacements, and device refreshes
• Create, maintain, and improve self-service knowledge base articles and internal SOP documentation

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist, also referred to as an End User Services Specialist, to provide technical support and smooth IT operations for our internal team members.
