This role helps connect client, market, and competitive insights to messaging and sales enablement, improving the effectiveness and consistency of marketing outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport voice-of-customer, survey, and research initiatives in partnership with Client Success, Sales, and ProductGather and organize client, market, and competitive insights into structured, usable inputs that support Segment Management prioritiesOwn ongoing tracking of competitors, market trends, and positioning updatesMaintain and update competitive battlecards and internal resourcesOwn coordination of case study development, including outreach, scheduling, and approvalsSupport drafting and production of case studies, testimonials, and customer storiesOwn and maintain a centralized library of proof points, data, and customer evidencePartner with internal teams to gather product and client performance data (adoption, usage, time-to-launch, etc.)Support product launches by gathering inputs, research, and proof and contributing to messaging developmentAssist in developing and updating marketing materials and supporting sales enablementRequirements3+ years in Product Marketing, Marketing, Research, or related roleExperience supporting research, content, or case study developmentStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to gather and structure information from multiple sourcesFamiliarity with competitive research or market analysisBasic understanding of B2B marketing and go-to-market conceptsComfortable working with data and supporting analysisStrong communicator and cross-functional collaboratorDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesFinTech or payments experience is a plusThe base salary range for this position is budgeted for $71,010 to $81,900 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
