Aptean's North America Marketing Team is hiring a Marketing Campaign Specialist , based onsite in Alpharetta, to support demand generation programs and campaigns for our Equipment Segment . In this role, you'll help execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline across key target markets. Working closely with product marketing, sales teams, and other marketing functions, you'll assist with campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization across a variety of channels, including email, webinars, events, social media, paid media, and content syndication. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer looking to gain hands‑on experience in B2B marketing and develop expertise in campaign management, and demand generation. The person in this position will demonstrate strong organizational and project coordination skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. You Will: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Equipment Segment across multiple channels. Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time. Help develop campaign assets including emails, landing pages, webinar materials, social posts, and promotional content. Work closely with product marketing to understand solutions, target audiences, and value propositions. Support tradeshow, webinar, and virtual event promotion and follow‑up activities. Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key engagement and pipeline metrics. Help maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and documentation. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives. Stay informed on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. About You Typically requires 4-7 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, with experience marketing to equipment dealerships a plus. Proven track record of planning, executing and optimizing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and business impact. Creative thinker with sharp instincts for positioning the right message to the right audience at the right funnel stage. Understanding of marketing operations, automation and measuring ROI. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and senior management across multiple organizations, geographies and cultures. Understanding of account based marketing and multi-channel campaign orchestration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and other stakeholders. Experience using Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Marketo. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity an advantage. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns and competing deadlines concurrently.
