Tasks Marketing Coordination & Request Management Receive, organize, and process marketing requests from sales and leadership. Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and delivery of marketing materials Maintain task lists, timelines, and project status updates for ongoing marketing activities Apply global brand guidelines to U.S. marketing materials while ensuring messaging is practical and appropriate for YER’s direct hire, staffing, and payrolling markets Campaign, Content & Event Support Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, social media, email, content, and traditional channels Draft, edit, and coordinate audience-focused content that supports YER’s brand, services, and value proposition to clients, candidates, prospects, and internal teams Prepare and update sales and recruiting collateral, presentations, flyers, social media content, email templates, and other marketing assets for Staffing and Direct Hire Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including webinars, internal meetings, and client-facing activities Digital & Content Marketing Maintain and update U.S. website content Coordinate social media posts and maintain a consistent presence across relevant platforms Support basic SEO, content updates, and user experience improvements as directed Track basic website, social media, and campaign activity using available tools and reports Help provide the sales and recruiting teams with practical, tailored materials that support client acquisition, candidate attraction, and retention efforts Gather and summarize basic market, competitor, client, industry, and talent-market information Track and summarize marketing activity, campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and other basic marketing metrics Prepare simple reports and updates for leadership and internal stakeholders Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business marketing experience is required, with a focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) Experience in staffing, recruiting, B2B services, industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, technical services, logistics, supply chain management, or a related client environment Strong affinity creating digital assets and communication campaigns (LinkedIn, email, website, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content coordination skills Comfortable using common marketing, design, and productivity tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders in a small-company environment Able to translate information from sales, recruiting, and operations teams into clear marketing content About YER We partner with world class clients in industries such as manufacturing, technology, logistics, automation and engineering to place professionals in key areas such as Executive Management, Finance, Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Engineering.
