Website Marketing Specialist Atlanta, GA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1758 POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Website Marketing Specialist to join our Americas marketing team to own, manage and optimize all websites across RWC Americas’ family of brands. The Web Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing (6) branded websites, along with the RWC corporate website, within the Drupal content management system. This role serves as the primary owner of website content, ensuring all digital properties remain accurate, up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand and business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing website content, page creation, updates, edits, and ongoing maintenance across all sites. The specialist proactively identifies opportunities to improve user experience, site performance, SEO/AEO, content effectiveness, and traffic/conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations and implementing enhancements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Website Marketing Specialist coordinates website initiatives, prioritizes updates, and ensures content supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals. While an external development partner provides coding and technical support, this role manages project requests, communicates requirements, oversees implementation, and validates completed work, so an entrepreneurial spirit is a must. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain content across (6) branded Drupal websites plus the RWC corporate site. Create, edit, publish, and optimize web pages, landing pages, and digital assets. Conduct routine website audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, and compliance with best practices. Identify and implement opportunities to improve website performance, usability, AEO/SEO, and traffic rates. Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison with external web development resources, prioritizing requests and managing project execution. Monitor website analytics and user behavior to inform optimization strategies and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain website governance, content standards, and publishing workflows. Stay up to date on the latest web trends, industry trends and competitor activity, using those insights to make recommendations and improvements to our online website presence. Be able to quickly learn and become knowledgeable on RWC products and the plumbing industry. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Engineering departments to stay updated on products and features, as well as become knowledgeable on RWC products and the plumbing industry. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred 2-3 years of experience managing websites within Drupal or a similar CMS - agency and/or industry experience is a plus. Strong understanding of website content management, UX best practices, and digital marketing. Ability to manage multiple websites, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills. Experience utilizing website analytics tools to drive optimization and performance improvements. Ability to communicate complex topics into easy-to-understand content. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals. This position will mostly be in an office environment.
