Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery

• Load, unload, and package finished products

• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents

• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and preventive checks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Support quality, safety, and production goals

Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or fabrication experience

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

• CNC machine operation

• CNC mills or lathes

• Calipers and precision measuring tools

• Blueprint reading

• Fabrication or machining experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
