Recruitment Consultant - Legal & Compliance I am recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global fintech platform in Itasca, IL who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join its expanding U.S. team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technology-driven environment and enjoys working with financial data, operational reporting, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Support monthly close and financial reporting processes Manage payout setup, calculations, reviews, and distributions Investigate and resolve breaks from daily/monthly reconciliations Reconcile financial data across systems to ensure accuracy Assist with documenting processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving workflows Collaborate with development, compliance, risk, and management teams on reporting enhancements Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance function Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and initiative Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Financial Services, Investment Management, and Investment Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Alexander Chapman by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
