Field Sales Manager - HelloFresh & Factor (Atlanta, GA)

$65,000 to $150,000+ per year | 1099 independent contractor | Uncapped

Holly Street Sales Co. is hiring a Field Sales Manager to build and run our HelloFresh and Factor field sales team in Atlanta . This is a ground floor opportunity for a proven closer who is ready to lead. We bring two national brands and a playbook that works. You bring the hustle and build the team.

What you can earn

$65,000 to $150,000+ a year, uncapped. This is a performance role, so what you make is up to you and the team you build. You get a guaranteed floor while you ramp your first 8 weeks so you are covered while you learn, and after that you are on uncapped commission and override for everything you and your team sell. The harder you build, the more you make, with no ceiling.

You own your market

• You own your recruiting. Build your own team, backed by our proven recruiting playbook.
• You own your event calendar. Source and run your own local events, backed by our event playbook and our brands.
• We give you the system, the training, and the brands. You run your business.

What you'll do

• Sell HelloFresh and Factor in the field. You lead from the front.
• Recruit, train, and develop your own local team of field sales reps.
• Coach your reps in person, on the floor. Show them how it's done.
• Own your market's results and grow your team month over month.

What you bring

• Sales experience, ideally in the field, at events, or door to door
• A track record of hitting your own numbers
• The drive to walk up to strangers in busy places and start a conversation
• Leadership instincts. You want to build a team, not just carry a bag.
• Availability for event days, including weekends
• Reliable transportation around the Atlanta  metro area.
