Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve customer acquisition targets. Develop and execute content marketing strategies that engage target audiences and drive brand loyalty. Manage the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to derive actionable insights. Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote digital marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, particularly within the Beauty & Wellness industry. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and digital analytics. Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Google Analytics). Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand building.
