Company Description J&R Immigration Attorneys, LLC is a law firm with four locations. Our locations are in Newark, Perth Amboy, Dover, and Union City, NJ. We handle matters before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and USCIS. Our firm also handles matters before the municipal and family courts in the State of New Jersey. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Dover, NJ. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing front‑desk operations. The role also involves performing general clerical tasks, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and ability to professionally handle phone calls Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills, including scheduling, data entry, and organization Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive interactions with clients and visitors Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in office software and familiarity with office equipment Bilingual skills (required Spanish and English) High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr J&R Immigration Attorneys, LLC
