Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Pay Rate : $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Setting : Onsite
Grade Levels : K–12th Grade

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students across grades K–12th.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials
Serve students across grades K–12th
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Provide onsite speech and language services throughout the school day

Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
