In this role you will play a vital role in optimizing our business processes by providing administrative and technical support for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a critical liaison between our technical teams and end-users, ensuring that our Salesforce platform is leveraged to its full potential to meet company goals.The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proactive mindset.COME ON BOARD THE GOGO ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS TEAM!How will you make a difference?Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and useability issuesWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goalsManage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization toolsPartner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organizationHelp develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentationHandle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenancePerform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgradesCreate and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivityQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferredRequired Skills, Talents, & Experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutionsExperience with data management, including data imports/exports, data quality, and data migrationExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teamsPreferred SkillsSalesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator IIFamiliarity and experience with third-party application integrationsExperience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessionsExposure to working in Agile delivery environmentsEqual Pay Disclosure(s)Base Pay:76,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)Eligible for Incentive Stock Program:YesBenefits:Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
