Salary: $182,800 - 284,300 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• We need experience integrating MarTech solutions in enterprise environments with complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.
• We prefer a degree in advanced technology or an AWS Professional-level certification.
• We prefer experience leading cross-functional programs and executing strategic initiatives.
• We prefer experience in digital commerce and an understanding of how advertising, supply chain, and customer engagement technologies work together to deliver end-to-end consumer experiences across enterprise settings.

• We will have you lead and coordinate cross-business-unit pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right specialists and sequencing engagement from qualification through close.
• We will have you act as the ProServe connection to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP teams, making our delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those organizations.
• We will have you support deal structuring with regional advocates so customer value is clearly defined and delivery remains feasible for commerce and advertising engagements.
• We will have you develop reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so future customers can deploy in weeks what the first implementation took months to build.
• We will have you engage partners to validate delivery capacity and extend our reach so commerce and advertising solutions can scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• We will have you navigate competing priorities across regions, industries, and Amazon business units with strong judgment and a focus on customer outcomes.
• We will have you operate across time zones and business units, helping make Amazons commerce and advertising capabilities tangible and deployable for customers worldwide.

AWS ProServe is building a new Pan-Amazon team, and we are seeking a Principal to serve as our first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert. This is a high-visibility role that helps shape how we bring Amazons digital commerce, advertising, and marketing technology strengths to enterprise customers across industries and geographies. You will work alongside experts in Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Agentic AI, partnering across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe delivery teams, and external partners.
