C&E Facility Assistant

Position Overview Supply support to all athletic events. Essential Duties Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms, press box, ticket booth, training room) Enforce facility policies and regulations Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants, guests; maintain neat equipment storage Assist with setup, tear down or moving of equipment (tables, chairs, benches, goals) Delivery, setup, and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation Communicate regularly via shift report to supervisor and follow University security measures Welcome guests and other visitors; answer questions and make appropriate referrals; act as ambassador to the conference/event guests for Conference & Event Services Work Experience Customer service. Strong verbal communication skills. Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, including tables and chairs. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to follow instructions accurately. Strong problem solver who takes initiative. Eligibility for CSP Student Employee Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible). Have a United States social security number.* Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9. Have declared a major at CSP. Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
