Volunteer Program Manager - LoopHome Program Remote

The LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit, tax‑exempt organization dedicated to supporting justice‑impacted families through transportation, therapy, and technology‑driven programs. Our mission is to remove the physical, financial, and emotional barriers that prevent families from maintaining meaningful connections with incarcerated loved ones, accessing mental health care, or navigating reentry. Founded in 2025, the LoopRoots Foundation operates nationally, with an initial focus on underserved communities in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia. Our key initiatives include: LoopConnect – A ride credit sponsorship platform that provides free or subsidized rides to prison visitation facilities, allowing families to stay in contact during incarceration. LoopTalk – A HIPAA‑compliant virtual therapy program offering trauma‑informed mental health care to justice‑impacted individuals and caregivers, including children. LoopTroop Rideshare Partnership – We collaborate with the LoopTroop Rideshare platform to ensure families have access to safe, reliable, and culturally competent transportation services. Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.-based preferred) Time Commitment: 20–25 hours per week (flexible) Position Type: Volunteer (with potential for paid role as funding allows) Role Overview The Volunteer Program Manager will support the oversight, coordination, and growth of the LoopHome program. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in criminal justice reform, reentry services, compliance‑driven programs, or nonprofit program management. Key Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day coordination of the LoopHome program Assist with onboarding and tracking participants enrolled in GPS monitoring Coordinate with internal staff, contractors, and external partners as needed Help develop and refine program workflows, policies, and documentation Support compliance‑related processes and reporting requirements Track program metrics and outcomes (enrollment, compliance, incidents, exits) Assist with program expansion planning and operational readiness Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required) Background or strong interest in criminal justice, reentry services, probation/parole support, or DUI‑related programs Experience in program coordination, case management, or nonprofit operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly Comfortable working within structured, compliance‑oriented environments Reliable, detail‑oriented, and mission‑driven What We Offer Meaningful leadership experience in a justice‑impact nonprofit program Opportunity to help shape and scale an innovative monitoring and reentry solution Flexible scheduling and remote collaboration Professional references and documentation of service Potential transition to a paid role as funding becomes available Additional Notes Due to the nature of the program, volunteers may be required to complete a background check and confidentiality agreement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
