Chicago, IL | $250,000 to $400,000 per year

This global SaaS company is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead that transition. The company serves enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts, and is looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands on operating discipline.

Schedule

Full time, standard business hours, onsite or hybrid presence expected for an executive leadership role (to be confirmed).

Compensation

$250,000 to $400,000 per year base salary, plus performance bonus and long term equity opportunity.

What You'll Do

As CEO, you will set overall strategy and own operational execution across the business, guiding product direction and driving profitability at scale. You will lead merger and acquisition activity from sourcing through due diligence, negotiation, and post acquisition integration. You will build and lead a high performing executive team spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, and you will partner directly with the Board of Directors on financial planning, forecasting, and long term shareholder value creation.

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, or senior operating executive with full P&L ownership
• Proven success scaling a global SaaS or enterprise software company from approximately $15 million to $30 million or more in revenue
• Recent, hands on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiation, and post acquisition integration
• Strong enterprise software or SaaS background
• Experience serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies
• Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
• Strong financial leadership, including forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning
• Experience partnering with a Board of Directors and driving shareholder value
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation
