Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring responsiveness to individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, reassessing treatment plans to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.

• Establish and maintain productive, trusting relationships with clients and their families, facilitating communication and ensuring a supportive environment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client services following ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in professional development by participating in clinical meetings, quality assurance activities, and in-service training to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within and outside the clinic to coordinate care and share insights that benefit client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
