Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume restaurant within a world-class luxury resort in the Hot Springs, Virginia area . Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities: Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak periods, engaging with guests and supporting the team Coach, train, and develop associates to consistently elevate service and operational standards Oversee scheduling, payroll, forecasting, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, waste, liquor controls, and overall restaurant standards Monitor reservations, private parties and layering business. Collaborate the culinary team and other departments to drive success. Able to be creative and have input with cocktails, wine list and beverage selection. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: 4+ years of restaurant leadership experience; General Manager experience highly preferred Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment preferable in a hotel or resort environment.
