To support a growing marketing team, the remote contract Marketing Analytics & Insights Analyst will transform marketing data into actionable insights, design scalable measurement frameworks, and lead analytical initiatives that drive smarter decision-making across various marketing functions. Key responsibilities Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define measurement strategies and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions Design and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support growth planning and pipeline management Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms Experience developing predictive models to support marketing growth objectives Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement and funnel analytics Exceptional communication skills with experience in executive presentations
