ETL Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting data integration and system development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Support data integration between nCino and upstream/downstream partner systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to support secured and unsecured loan data for analytical and operational purposes.
• Contribute to large-scale planning and participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives.
• Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with client personnel and cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Experience supporting data integration, ETL processes, and working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Proficiency with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent, and familiarity with IDMC, Autosys, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Salesforce / nCino development is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
