Residential New Construction HVAC Install ManagerPrecision Plumbing and Heating Systems | Traverse City, MIFull-Time | $80,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Performance BonusPrecision Plumbing and Heating Systems is seeking an experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Install Manager to lead residential new-construction HVAC operations throughout Northwest Michigan. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating field teams, managing builder relationships, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys balancing project management, team leadership, customer relationships, and operational oversight.
